Kolsquare Acquires Leading AI Influencer software Storyclash to Create Europe’s Influencer Marketing Powerhouse

I am very proud to announce that Kolsquare is acquiring Storyclash!

This third acquisition in 12 months is a VERY BIG moment for us as a tech company, but also an exciting challenge for me as an entrepreneur.

I strongly believe it is also a big moment for our industry. Together, we are creating a European tech champion of Influencer Marketing, rooted in European values and built with ambitious global reach.

We all know now that Influence has become a strategic force for brands, culture and society, and AI is accelerating this shift at an unprecedented pace.

Since 2018, we have been building Kolsquare with a clear mission: to empower ideas, people and organizations with this force… and positively impact the world.

From France to Europe, this journey has led Kolsquare to become the leading influencer marketing technology on the continent.

Storyclash built something equally remarkable. In just a few years, the 50-talent team created the leading influencer marketing platform in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), with a strong focus on AI, innovation and product excellence.

By joining forces, our team of combined 140 talents will:
– serve more than 2,000 clients in over 30 countries
– push innovation even further, especially around AI
– further strengthen our drive as a certified B-Corp for a more responsible industry

I want to congratulate the entire Storyclash team for what they have built so far: a great culture, a world-class product and client-portfolio, and an impressive growth journey.

A special thank you to both Storyclash co-founders, Andreas Gutzelnig and Philip Penner, for their trust and shared vision. I am very happy that they will both join our Executive Committee to help build the future of our industry along with Julien SCHAAF, Peggy Studer, Michella Saliby, Fabien Guiraud and Alexis KLAHR.
